At Little Stars we offer excellent Pre-Primary education within a caring Christian environment. Our curriculum stimulates the intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual and physical growth of children, inspiring them to reach their full potential. Our aim is to create smart children who love school and to develop confidence in our learners to equip them for their school career. Each child is an individual and their needs are our priority. We strive to create a happy, relaxed, secure and stimulating learning environment for all our children.

The teachers on the left teach the green class, then it is the red class teachers, then the pre-grade R yellow class teachers and the teachers on the right teach the grade R blue class.

Education

Quality education in a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment. A structured educational program. Well qualified, caring and committed teachers and assistants.

Skills

Specific focus on language, maths and life skills. Curriculum based on Department of Education requirements. Our environment is beautifully prepared with many different sensory experiences as well as advanced literacy and numeracy work for the older children.

Classes

Bilingual classes (English and Afrikaans) – 2 teachers per class, 12 learners in the 2 (turning 3) years class, 18 learners in the 3-4 years class. 21 learners in the pre-grade R, 4-5 years class, 24 learners in the Grade R, 5-6 years class

Activities

Music and movement. Playball. Individual attention in small groups. Outings and visitors. Sports day. Bike-a-thon. Year end concert. Graduation
